The Space:

The apartment sits on the east and west faces of the tower at once: one side looks straight down onto the surf, the other across Surfers Paradise to the hinterland. That is the whole idea of the place. The east end of the balcony is where the morning goes, with the beach and the surf directly below; the west end takes the afternoon light and the sunset over the ranges, with the outdoor dining table at the corner.

THE LIVING ROOM



The lounge, the dining table and the kitchen share one open floor: a sectional sofa facing the glass, a round dining table for 4, and the kitchen island behind. The wall of glass slides open to the west end of the balcony, so the afternoon light and the view over the city to the ranges come straight into the room, and the living room and the balcony run as one space.



THE KITCHEN



A marble-veined stone island with a double sink and black mixer, the same stone run full height as a backlit splashback. Miele gas cooktop with 5 burners, a Miele wall oven with a second Miele combination oven stacked above it, and an integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher behind matching timber-look joinery.



SLEEPING



- Main bedroom: a queen bed made hotel-style, built-in robes, a wall-mounted TV, carpet underfoot, and its own sliding door onto the balcony. The bathroom is a few steps away, off the hall: onyx vanity with an above-counter basin, black wall-mounted tapware, a hexagonal mirror and a shower behind smoked glass.

- Second bedroom: 2 single beds on a timber floor, floor-to-ceiling glass with the ocean beyond, and a sliding door onto the balcony.



THE BALCONY



It wraps 2 sides of the apartment. The west end runs long and tiled behind a glass balustrade, with the outdoor dining table at the corner, and it opens from the living room and from the main bedroom. The east end sits behind the tower's outer glass skin, 2 armchairs and a side table, with the beach and the surf directly below. You watch the sun go down over the hinterland from one side of the apartment and the waves come in on the other, and in between the oceanway runs past the front of the building for a morning walk or a ride along the beach.

Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours: the living room and kitchen, the main bedroom, the second bedroom, the bathroom and the balcony on both sides. We meet you at the door on arrival, or a lockbox is there if you would rather let yourself in; the details come with your booking. A car space in the secure car park is included; the bay number comes with your arrival details. On the shared floors you use the building facilities as a resident would, under the building rules.



The Neighborhood:

The tower stands on the Surfers Paradise foreshore at the southern end of the strip, where the beachfront runs on toward Broadbeach. A beach access path leads through the dunes straight off the foreshore, the oceanway passes the front of the building, and there is a cafe terrace on the oceanway side of the podium.



Getting Around:

The oceanway in front of the building is the route for a beachfront walk or ride in either direction, north into the centre of Surfers Paradise or south along the sand.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Wifi runs throughout the apartment. There is 1 bathroom, off the hall and shared by both bedrooms. The second bedroom is set up with 2 singles, not a double bed. The apartment is on level 11 of a residential tower, so the building's by-laws apply in the common areas. The pools, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, lounge and barbecue terrace are shared with other residents and their guests. The residence is fitted with Minut noise monitoring, which measures sound level only and does not record conversations. There are no cameras inside the home.
