Inside, discover a large welcoming and bright living space thanks to its two large bay windows opening directly onto the terrace. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a bench seat and a fireplace for your moments of relaxation. Continuing on, the dining area is arranged around a large table and also has a stove. The adjoining open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals.



On the sleeping side, the house has 4 bedrooms spread over two levels:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): one King Size bed (180x200)

- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): one single bed (90x190) as well as a pull-out spare bed

- Bedroom 3 (first floor): one King Size bed (180x200)

- Bedroom 4 (first floor): three single beds (90x190)



Two bathrooms are distributed across the two levels of the house. Both have a shower, and the bathroom on the upper floor is also equipped with a toilet. An additional separate toilet is available on the ground floor for added convenience.



Two outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the house.



To make your stay more comfortable, the property also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a high chair. A storage room also allows you to store up to 6 bicycles conveniently.
