Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday home in Loissin on the Greifswald Bodden. Located just around 100 metres from the water, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings – ideal for families, couples and, of course, guests travelling with a dog.
The approximately 70 m² holiday home accommodates up to four guests and is bright, cosy and decorated in a charming maritime style.
There are two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable 1.80 m wide double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed providing two additional sleeping spaces – ideal for children or teenagers.
After a day by the water or exploring the surrounding area, the cosy living room is the perfect place to relax. On cooler days, the fireplace creates an especially warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and provides everything you need for a comfortable holiday stay. The bright bathroom features a shower, washbasin and toilet.
One of the highlights is the spacious terrace with a seating and dining area. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast outdoors, soak up the sunshine or end the day with a relaxing evening on the terrace. The property is surrounded by a well-maintained hedge, offering pleasant privacy.
Thanks to the holiday home's close proximity to the Greifswald Bodden, the water is only a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, cycling, swimming and enjoying peaceful days in nature.
The location is also ideal for day trips: Loissin is conveniently situated between the popular Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom. Both islands are within easy reach for a day trip and offer beautiful beaches, seaside resorts and numerous attractions.
The Hanseatic city of Greifswald is also just a short drive away and is well worth a visit, with its historic old town, restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities.
A garage for your vehicle is located directly at the holiday home.
Dogs are very welcome by prior arrangement. We charge €30 per dog per stay to cover the additional cleaning required.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for an additional fee.
