This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the building's facilities. The only item you are unable to use is the front desk, however that is what the GC Getaways team is here for!

Important Information (Please Read)
Online Check-In
To comply with security and fraud-prevention requirements, all guests must complete our Online Check-In Form, including:
• Government-issued photo ID (in the booking name)
• A selfie matching the ID

Bookings are not finalised until this is completed. Airbnb guests may submit ID securely via the Airbnb message thread.

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to comply with building by-laws, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected.

Non-Smoking Property
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment and building, including balconies and all common areas.

A $250 cleaning and deodorising fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the apartment or on the balcony.

Parties, Events & Schoolies
Parties, events, gatherings, and Schoolies bookings are strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised function or disturbance may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional security call-out fees if applicable.

Guest Verification & Online Check-In
All bookings require completion of our Online Check-In Form prior to arrival, including:

• Government-issued photo ID
• A selfie matching the ID

The ID must match the name on the booking.
Bookings are not finalised until this process is completed.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted in the apartment or building.

If pets are found to have stayed in the property, building management requires professional cleaning and pest control. A $500 fee will apply to cover these mandated services.

Noise & Building Quiet Hours
Oracle Tower observes building quiet hours between 9:00pm – 8:00am.

Please be respectful of neighbours and avoid noise that can be heard from other apartments or common areas during this time. Security call-outs resulting from noise complaints will incur a $250 fee, payable by the guest.

Cleaning & Property Care
We ask that the apartment is left in a tidy condition.

Additional cleaning fees of $77 per hour apply where excess cleaning is required, including but not limited to:

• Food or drink stains
• Excess rubbish
• Furniture or carpet staining

Specialist cleaning (e.g., steam cleaning for fake tan or heavy staining) will be charged at cost.

Any damaged, missing, or excessively soiled items may be charged at replacement or repair cost.

Anti-Social or Illegal Behaviour

Any anti-social behaviour, illegal activity, or breach
of building by-laws may result in:

• Immediate eviction
• Loss of bond
• Security call-out fees ($250)
• Additional damage or compliance costs

Keys & Lockouts
Each booking is issued two sets of keys.

• Lost key replacement: $250 per set
• After-hours lockout (11pm – 7am): $200 call-out fee

Lockouts after 11pm are by Security and fees must be paid prior to key release.

Consumables & Amenities
We provide premium personal hygiene and cleaning products for guest use during your stay.

These items are refillable and are not to be removed from the apartment.
A $20 fee per bottle applies if taken.

Check-In Times (Peak Periods)
Standard check-in: From 2:00pm
School holidays: From 3:00pm

This allows adequate time for professional cleaning during peak turnover periods.

Public Holiday Check-In / Out
Please note we do not offer check-in or check-out services on:

• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day
• Easter Sunday

These guidelines are in place to protect the apartment, neighbours, and guest experience.
