Your holiday home is exclusively for your use, located in a quiet residential area by the forest, yet still central.
There is parking, a sheltered bike storage area with power supply, a covered terrace with barbecue, and a garden for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove, coffee maker, air fryer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, dish soap, towels, and spices. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and balcony. In the living room, you will find a TV with DVD player and a pellet stove for cold days. The dining room offers a wonderful panoramic view of Frankenberg. There is also a high-quality sofa bed for two guests and board games. The newly renovated bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer, bath mat, bath towels, hand towels, soap, and toilet paper. For children, there is a travel cot with mattress and a high chair. Shops, a bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, Eder Bowling, and the skate park are within walking distance.
Parties and bachelor parties are not allowed anywhere on the property. Smoking in the house is prohibited.
