Six bedrooms are upstairs, so guests using those rooms should be comfortable with stairs. The downstairs bedrooms can be accessed through the garage.

All 4 king beds can be detached to create two Twin XL beds each. Requests must be made at least one week in advance; otherwise, we cannot guarantee this accommodation.

Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron, and clothing storage are also provided.

POOL & PROPERTY

The home is a large residential property intended for responsible family and group stays. Please respect the property, neighborhood, quiet hours, and pool rules.

The seasonal private pool is generally available from Memorial Day through Labor Day and receives weekly professional service. Pool heat may be available beyond Labor Day through approximately mid-October for $75 per day, subject to weather, operating conditions, and availability.

Because pools occasionally require unscheduled maintenance, treatment, or adjustment, professional service personnel may need to access the exterior pool area during a guest stay.

The pool reaches approximately 7.5 feet in the deep area and includes a diving board and slide. Children and non-swimmers should always be closely supervised around the pool.
