Travel Tips:
Both Atlanta and Chattanooga airports are only 1.5-2 hours away.

Road to cabin is paved with a short drive on gravel road but it is accessible to most vehicles. No 4x4 needed. Sedans are fine.
Check-Out Instructions

Throw trash away:

Put all trash into bags and place into outdoor black metal bear proof receptacle in front beside the parking area. Put carabiner clips back on.

Turn things off

Turn off the fireplace, lights/ceiling fans, oven, stove, and TVs, and unplug coffee maker and toaster.

Lock up
Close and lock all windows and doors.

HVAC

Leave the HVAC as follows: Leave the Fan on “Auto” Winter: Leave unit on “HEAT” and set to 65 Summer: Leave the unit on “COOL” and set to 75

Fireplace

Make sure the fireplace is off then: *Press and HOLD the OFF/Continuous Pilot Button until the word “PILOT” appears on the screen.
*Press and release the “MODE” button (look for the word “ROOM” on the screen *Press the “SET” button and make sure that the set temperature is between 55 and 60 degrees.

Additional Requests -

Make sure hot tub cover is on and buckled. - Wash or place dirty dishes/pans in dishwasher and start wash/dry cycle. - Check Firepit: All fires/coals must be completely out before leaving. -

We recommend you log out of streaming services you logged into on TVs. -Leave linens on beds and towels in bathrooms, we`ll take care of it!
