Located on the 2nd floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed (140×190)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with a double sofa bed (140×190) and two single loft beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and washing machine
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional items: a high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 4m² south-facing balcony with unobstructed mountain views, complete with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
