🛋️ Living Room: Warm and spacious with ample sunlight, AC/heating , workstation, books, board games and a bluetooth sound system.

🍲 Fully-equipped Kitchen: Fully set-up to cook Indian or International meals - everything from a stove and microwave to fridge, blender and RO water filter is installed. Pantry is stocked with essentials (spices, cooking oil, sugar, tea, coffee).

🏗️Balconies: With a beautiful balcony you can enjoy the marvels of the sunrise.

॰ Food: Plethora of top-rated restaurants / nightlife in the vicinity. Order food via takeout (Zomato/Swiggy) with ease. Grocery service apps (Blinkit/Zepto) deliver in under 10-15 minutes.

॰ Shopping & Entertainment: Incredibly popular and some of India’s best shopping malls within 10 minutes of the property - DLF Pomenade and DLF Emporio. Restaurants, theatres, designer boutiques - you name it, it’s there.

॰ Culture: Safdarjung Tomb, Hauz Khas Village, and many sites of historical / cultural importance in close vicinity.

॰ Family-friendly: Ample space for strolls and leisurely walks, playgrounds for children and a huge park right across the lane with wandering peacocks.

॰ Travel: Ubers/Olas arrive in 5 minutes. Metro (Chattarpur metro) is 1.5km away.

The area is one of the most secure places in New Delhi and extremely safe for women, expats, tourists and everyone in general. We also have security cameras outside of the premises for additional security.

We welcome everyone to stay with us with no particular restrictions.

Guests only have to self moderate the noise to maintain sanctity of the neighbourhood and adhere to the basic rules that any respectful neighbourhood should maintain.

Parties of any kind that involves loud music and unauthorised guests entering and exiting the premises will strictly not be allowed and all the guests would be escorted out of the premises if any complaint is received.

The pool is currently not operational!

Quiet hours after 10 pm. Music if played needs to be lowered down to avoid disturbance in the neighbourhood. We have provided a Bluetooth speaker in the property for guests to enjoy music, it only needs to be self moderated.

Guests are supposed to clean up after them. If it’s not possible then extra cleaning charges would apply from 300-500rupees depending on the cleanliness required.

Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and extra charges of 300-500 rupees would apply.
