Welcome to Casa Palmera — a private, jungle-wrapped compound just five minutes from the beach in Nosara, built to comfortably host groups of up to 15. Casa Palmera — what's new
The whole house has just been lightened up — new window treatments throughout, Venetian plaster and fresh white paint through the bathrooms, and new sliding glass doors that pull the outside in. It's the same house, considerably brighter.
Main house
• Brand-new kitchen — teak cabinetry, Taj Mahal quartzite waterfall island, all-new appliances, and hand-woven bar stools from Masaya & Co. seating four at the island
• All four bathrooms fully renovated and brightened — soft Venetian plaster walls, feature tile in the showers, pebble-tile shower floors, new stone sinks, new pendant lighting and new mirrors
• New sliding glass doors in the living room and off both balcony bedrooms — more light and a much better connection to the terrace
• A brand-new 130" x 130" Crate & Barrel sectional in soft navy — deep, oversized, and big enough for the whole group to pile onto at once
• New 75" smart TV, coffee table, rug and a custom teak credenza built by a local woodworker
• New teak dining table and matching benches, made locally to fit the room
• New sleeping setup in the second bedroom: a queen with a twin bunk above, plus a new wardrobe and desk
