With its 150 m², the Maison Chêne has been designed for large families, groups of friends or business trips wishing to share moments together while maintaining comfort and privacy.
The house combines the authentic charm of a seventeenth-century Breton farmhouse with the modern comfort of a high-end renovation.

- Green Room (first floor): a queen-size double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a wardrobe
- Pink Room (upstairs): two single beds 90 x 190 cm that can be joined into a double bed of 180 x 190 cm, a wardrobe
- Yellow Room (upstairs): a queen-size double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a wardrobe
- Blue Room (upstairs): a queen-size double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a wardrobe
- Dormitory (upstairs): two bunk beds offering four single beds of 90 x 190 cm
Total capacity: 12 travelers.
All bedding is new and hotel quality. Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made on arrival.

The heart of the house consists of a large convivial living room of 38 m² with:
- a dining area with a large table that can accommodate 12 guests.
- a lounge area with two three-seater sofas, two cosy armchairs near an insert fireplace.
The 13 m² open kitchen is fully equipped:

* Dishwasher
* Nespresso coffee machine
