Inside, the design is modern and bright, with mosquito screens, so you can leave them open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, plus direct access to a spacious balcony shared with the living room. . The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a full bathroom just steps away in the hallway.

Guests have full private access to the penthouse, including the furnished rooftop (BBQ, lounge, sun loungers) and the balcony off the primary bedroom, plus the building's shared pool and direct access to Cerritos' main beach entrance. One day before you arrive, we'll send you the access instructions and door code. At The Point, you'll have your own assigned parking space and access to the common pool. Getting Around:

The property is roughly 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes by car from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Guests typically rent a car or arrange a private transfer along the Cerritos/Pescadero corridor. Having your own vehicle will give you the freedom to explore the stunning beaches, charming towns, and breathtaking landscapes at your own pace. Uber coverage is limited outside Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. If you’d like to rent a car, we’d be happy to assist you with recommendations!

However, if you prefer not to drive, no worries! We can also help you arrange round-trip transportation. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll take care of the details so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your trip.

Beach Safety: Cerritos Beach is one of the best surfing beaches in Baja California Sur and is a popular destination for surfers of all levels. Please be aware that some sections of the beach can have strong currents and powerful waves. We encourage all guests to use caution, pay attention to posted warnings, and avoid entering the water in areas with rough surf or strong currents, especially if you are not an experienced swimmer or surfer.
