About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Arcachon, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 23 m² living area comprising a sitting area with a TV, a sofa, a fireplace (firewood not provided) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and washbasin
- A mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, iron.
Outside:
- An enclosed garden of 20 m² and a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally situated in Arcachon, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…
Activities:
- Swimming & water sports: access to the jetty and Moulleau beach (4 km away) – Pereire beach (3 km away)
- Numerous walking trails, strolls and mountain bike routes
– Arcachon town centre 500m away
- Mauresque Park 1km away
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Arcachon railway station, 750m away
- Arcachon La Teste Airport, approximately 10km away
- Bordeaux Airport, approximately 64km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
Other notes:
- The living area and the mezzanine are air-conditioned.
- The fireplace is in working order, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
