With two separate lounges across two residential levels, the home gives families and groups the flexibility to spend time together while still having plenty of room to unwind independently.



On the first residential level, a second lounge is positioned between two private bedroom suites. It provides a peaceful retreat away from the main entertaining area — ideal for a quiet morning, relaxed conversation or simply enjoying a little extra space during a longer stay.


Upstairs, the impressive main living area forms the heart of the home. Large windows bring in abundant natural light while drawing your attention towards Lake Wakatipu and Queenstown’s dramatic mountain landscape.


The lounge flows effortlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, creating a generous social space where everyone can come together. Settle in after a day on the ski fields, enjoy a relaxed evening with family and friends, or simply sit back and take in the ever-changing alpine outlook.

At the centre of the upper level is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed to make entertaining and everyday holiday living easy.


The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before heading into the mountains to leisurely dinners enjoyed together at home. Generous preparation space makes cooking for a larger group comfortable, while the open layout keeps whoever is in the kitchen connected with the dining and living areas.


Start the morning with coffee from the coffee pod machine, gather around the dining table for a shared meal, or enjoy a relaxed evening in after a full day exploring Queenstown.


A BBQ is also available for guest use, offering another easy option for casual meals during your stay.


➤ Bedrooms & Bathrooms


The five-bedroom layout offers excellent flexibility and privacy for families, couples and groups travelling together.


On the first residential level, Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a private ensuite bathroom and dedicated wardrobe area, with a separate living room positioned between the two suites — ideal for guests wanting a little extra space to relax.


The upper level includes three further bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has its own private ensuite, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 share the fourth bathroom. This level also brings together the main kitchen, dining area, primary living room and laundry, creating a spacious and practical hub for the whole group.

➤ Access & Parking


Like many elevated Queenstown hillside homes, The Outlook is positioned above the road, taking full advantage of its beautiful lake and mountain outlook.


A dedicated on-site car park is located below the main house, with access to the home via an exterior staircase.


For winter stays, please note that there is currently no lockable ski or snowboard storage available in the parking area.


➤ Noise Monitoring System


All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits.

This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.
