The open living area features a new electric fireplace, and the wraparound deck is made for gathering — morning yoga on the deck, long dinners with family, evening cocktails as the sun drops into the Sound. The space comfortably sleeps 9 across three bedrooms and a half-height loft, making it ideal for multigenerational families or groups of friends.

The dual-sided wraparound deck features a firepit and grill with a lounge area on one side, and lounge chairs with direct beach steps on the other. Just off the deck, a dedicated upper sand area provides the perfect spot to lay out, stretch, exercise, or let the kids play safely right by the house. Fire up the BBQ, cast a line from the shore below, or challenge the group to a game of cornhole. As night falls, watch the stars emerge over the water.

Paddleboards, kayaks, floats, fishing poles, and beach chairs are all on site. Free weights, yoga mats, and resistance bands are available for those who like to keep moving. Minutes away, a protected North Fork preserve offers miles of hiking and biking trails through the woods.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dedicated wine fridge, filtered drinking water, and a filtered ice machine. We also provide an on-demand robot vacuum to help keep things effortlessly fresh and clean during your stay.

The Beach Loft — 2 twin beds
A fun, half-height loft space with two full-size twin beds. This has a very low ceiling and is designed as the ultimate cozy hideaway for kids and teens. Adults can sleep here, but please note it will be extremely tight!

2 Full Bathrooms, both fully renovated with all new fixtures and finishes, and stocked with premium Public Goods bath products. We also provide a pack 'n play crib for families traveling with little ones.

Outdoors & Parking
Upper sand area for lounging and play, plus a private beach with direct water access down below. Wraparound deck, firepit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining. Kayaks, paddleboards, floats, fishing poles, cornhole, and beach chairs are all provided on-site. (Note: Parking is limited to a 4-car maximum in the driveway).

We are available by message anytime and respond quickly. The home is fully self-sufficient with smart locks and automated check-in — no need to coordinate arrival times.

A noise monitoring device (Minut) is active on the property — sound levels only, no audio recording. Two exterior cameras are installed: a video doorbell at the front entrance, and a second at the rear covering the deck and the beach path. Both are exterior only, and there are no cameras inside the home. Swimming is at guests' own risk, no lifeguard on duty. A sauna is coming Fall 2026.
