3 Queen Bedrooms (Upper Level) – Three spacious bedrooms upstairs, each fitted with a Queen-sized bed, generous wardrobe space, and its own split-system air conditioner (with wall-mounted remote) for tailored comfort.

Double Sofa Bed (Ground Floor) – Converts into a comfortable double bed in the living area, accommodating 2 additional guests.

Bright & Airy Lounge – Designed with natural timber flooring, a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed, two stylish accent armchairs, and a cozy bean bag setup.

Entertainment & Climate Control – Features a large smart TV, warm ambient floor lighting, and a split-system air conditioner.

Indoor-Outdoor Flow – Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open directly to the private outdoor deck and backyard, filling the space with abundant natural light.

⚠️ Extra Bedding Notice (Sofa Bed):



Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (3 Queen beds + 1 Double sofa bed).

For bookings of 7–8 guests: Use of the sofa bed with full linen is already included in your booking free of charge.

For bookings of 6 guests or fewer: The sofa bed is optional. If you require the sofa bed to be set up with extra linen, an additional fee of $40 + GST applies. (No charge if you do not need to use the sofa bed).



Please let us know in advance if you require the sofa bed set up so we can prepare it for your arrival. For last-minute requests, an additional emergency linen delivery fee may apply.
