This home is located 2.5 miles from downtown Belfast, at the mouth of the Passagassawakeag River. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers modern interior amenities such as downstairs heat pumps and window AC units, along with regular year long heat, washer dryer, Smart TV. Add that to the outside seating, backyard privacy, and water views, you might not want to leave!

Start the day with coffee on the side porch as the sun rises over the water. In the evening, gather on the back patio for dinner and drinks as the setting sun lights up the river and sky.

Inside, the spacious kitchen and dining area retain much of the farmhouse’s original character, with pumpkin pine floors and a large antique farm table, complemented by a marble-topped seating area. Doors open directly to the porch and patio, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor spaces. Stroll along downtown Belfast’s Harbor Walk and browse galleries and independent shops on historic Main Street. Enjoy local food with the iconic Belfast Community Coop grocery, year-round farmers market, and restaurants sourcing directly from nearby farms, fisheries, and breweries.

The farmhouse makes a wonderful base for exploring Mid-Coast Maine, with Camden, Rockland, Owls Head, and other coastal towns within easy reach and Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor as a longer day trip

Guests have exclusive use of the farmhouse and its guest areas. Please note: the art studio and carriage house are not accessible to guests.

The property has private shoreline access, and there is public water access about 100 yards away. Please note: the shoreline rocks and wood can become slippery when wet; guests use the waterfront at their own risk.

The driveway has parking for two cars, with additional off-street parking available.
