The Space:

The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighborhood is residential with amazing restaurants and coffee shops whilst being 15 minutes away from the city center - win-win! :) Every utility, hair dryer & iron included.



BED

There is a brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress. High-quality linen and towels are provided.



LIVING & DINING AREA

You will find a nice-sized dining table with two comfortable designer chairs. There is also a 30’ TV with Netflix.



KITCHEN

Perfect size kitchen for 2 people. Fully equipped with everything guests could possibly need for a short or extended stay. With brand new appliances it allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped salt & pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, microwave/oven, induction, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, and more :)



NO PARTIES, EVENTS, LOUND MUSIC ALLOWED. Quiet hours between 21 pm - 8:00 am.

Guest Access:

Upon arrival, you'll need to climb 7 steps to reach the main entrance of the building. Once inside, there's a short walk down the corridor followed by approximately 30 steps leading up to our cozy second-floor studio.

**Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning) £55



** If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased



**Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)
