Lovely, artsy & modern flat with beautiful wood flooring at the perfect location and parking dedicated space (a front of the house, rare in the area) :)



Our brightly lit 3-bedroom provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated 8 min walk away from Kilburn Station (Jubilee line), 15 min walk to Cricklewood train station.



You are only 20 minutes walk from amazing West Hampstead area where there are many great restaurants and coffee shops. Kilburn High street also offers plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, grocery shops, bakeries and much more :)

ROOMS

The 3-bedroom features 3 cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Two of the bedrooms benefit from SUPERKING ZIP&LINK beds - these can be divided into 2 single beds. The third bedroom has double bed and small patio. All rooms have wardrobes or clothing racks, two rooms have table and a chair.



All bedrooms will guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains.



LIVING ROOM



In the beautifully laid out open space living & dining area you will find 45’ TV (Netflix), comfortable large sofa (sofa bed for 1) , two comfy armchairs and designer coffee table. It has plenty of natural light and it is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself.



Dining area included round dining table and 6 dining chairs.



KITCHEN

Our cosy kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with coffee, tea, toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso De'Longhi coffee machine, big fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine & more.





BATHROOM

The flat has one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and extra toilet (WC).



PARKING

Free private parking a front of the house.



BABY COT



We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you. We don’t provide a baby proper mattress or any baby duvet/bedding. Please bring your own :)

Other Things to Note:

**Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)



** If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased



**Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)



**No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



**No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)



**No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



**No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



**Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



**Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



**Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



**Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



**We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
