Welcome to Beachin' on Porpoise, three stories of thoughtfully designed coastal living in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. You are four tenths of a mile from the sugar-white sand of 30A, walking distance to dinner, and a short ride from Grayton Beach State Park and Seaside.
This home was built for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. Five bedrooms spread across three floors, four of them with their own bath, a private heated pool out back, and a six seater street legal golf cart waiting in the drive.

Beach setup
Four tenths of a mile to the Blue Mountain Beach public access. Take the golf cart or make the walk. The cart seats six, so nobody gets left behind.
Location
Blue Mountain Beach puts you in the middle of 30A without the crowds. Restaurants are walkable, Grayton Beach State Park and Seaside are a short drive or cart ride, and the 30A bike path runs right through the neighborhood.
GOLF CART, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
A six passenger street legal LSV is included with your stay, leased from 30A Gulf Carts. To use it:
• The driver must be 21 or older with a valid, unexpired driver's license.
• The driver must carry personal auto insurance and upload photos of both the license and the insurance card.
• A separate waiver with 30A Gulf Carts must be completed before use. The request arrives about 5 days before check-in.
• Guests who cannot produce a valid license and insurance card are not permitted to drive the vehicle.
• A mandatory $30 non-refundable service fee per reservation is paid directly to 30A Gulf Carts. It covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage. Negligence is excluded.
• The guest is financially responsible for damage and negligence, with a card kept on file with the vendor.
Usage rules:
• Roads posted 35 mph or under only.
• No beaches, dunes, sidewalks, bike paths, boardwalks, or unpaved surfaces.
• Seatbelts at all times. No more passengers than seats.
• Children 5 and under require a car or booster seat, which is not provided.
• No alcohol, open containers, or impaired operation.
• Please park the cart back where you found it before checkout.
Other things to note
This is a three-story home with stairs between every level. There is a queen bedroom with a full ensuite on the first floor for anyone who would rather avoid them, and there is no elevator.
The pool is heated and fully fenced with a childproof gate. Pool heating available by request. Heating fee: $40 per day. There are alarms on both the inside and outside pool doors, so press the deactivation button before opening the slider. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.
The home has a grinder pump. Please flush toilet paper only, no wipes of any kind.
Parking is on the home's paver driveway. Please plan for up to three vehicles. It can look like it fits four, but the golf cart takes up part of it. Please park on the driveway only.
There is one exterior security camera at the front of the home, angled down over the driveway and parking patio and facing outward only. There are no interior cameras anywhere in the home.
The grill runs on a propane tank.
Dogs are welcome. Up to 2, 50 lbs max, with the pet fee.
