It's on the ground floor & has own large garden. 2 rooms benefits from zip&link beds - meaning big bed can be separated into 2 single beds. (best if you don't want to share bed) :) Great large kitchen with dishwasher & garden



Located between Kilburn st (5 min walk) and West Hampstead (12 min walk) gives you excellent transport links (Jubilee Line, Overground, Thameslink).

The Space:

OUR FLAT:

Lovely, artsy & modern house at the perfect location!



Our brightly lit 3-bedroom provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighborhood, 5 min walk from Kilburn Underground station (great connection to reach central London), 8 minutes walk from Brondesbury Overground station, and 12 minutes walk from West Hampstead Overground and Underground station. You have the spoilt for choice ;)) . The flat can sleep up to 6 people.



ROOMS

The 3-bedroom is a generous size. Two rooms have comfortable super king size beds that can be split into single beds - great if you don't want to share a bed. One room has comfortable high double bed with lovely storage space. The flat is facing the garden, welcoming you with the view of green trees (rare in London).



All bedrooms will guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains and flat being on a quite street. High-quality linen and towels (1 bath towel 1 face towel per person) are provided.



LIVING ROOM

In the beautifully open space living room & kitchen with a 50’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable sofa. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself.



KITCHEN

It's a very spacious kitchen with a decent size dining table & 6 chairs. The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with oil, coffee, tea, a big toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso coffee machine, big fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave & more.



BATHROOM

The house has one bathroom. The bathroom benefits from a big bath with a shower on top, washing machine & dryer.





GARDEN

Lastly, let us not forget to mention our spacious sun-soaked garden. This is a perfect area where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. The access to the garden is from the living room or from two of the three rooms.



BABY COT

We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you. We don’t provide a baby proper mattress or any baby duvet/bedding. Please bring your own :)

Guest Access:

Guests will be receiving a link with all the check in information 24h before.



Other Things to Note:

**Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)



** If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased



**Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)



**No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



**No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)



**No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



**No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



**Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



**Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



**Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



**Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



**We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
