Inside, Duinweg 11 feels warm, cosy and contemporary. The living room is a lovely place to gather, with a spacious seating area and a large dining table. The warm colours and distinctive details lend the interior plenty of character. Fancy a quiet moment to yourself? Thanks to the large glass doors and skylights, there’s also plenty of natural light streaming in, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.



The kitchen opens onto the living area and has a modern, understated look. Here, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy breakfast together or to cook and dine in style in the evening.



With four bedrooms, the property can accommodate up to eight people. There are also two bathrooms, which is particularly convenient when staying with family or friends.



Through the large glass doors, you step straight out onto the terrace. Pull up a chair at the long outdoor table for breakfast in the sun or find a spot on the comfortable outdoor bench. The garden is spacious and lushly landscaped, with a variety of plants and trees creating a cosy atmosphere. A lovely spot to linger outdoors for a long time after a day by the sea.



Guest Access:

The property comes with a garage and a parking space. You’ll find more information about parking in your Boarding Pass. Are you bringing your bikes? You can store them in the garden or under cover in the garage. Dogs are not permitted.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be staying in Zoutelande, a charming coastal town on the Zeeland coast. The beach and dunes are nearby, so you can easily walk from the property to the sea for a long day on the beach, a refreshing morning stroll or a beautiful sunset. The centre of Zoutelande, with its shops, restaurants and outdoor cafés, is also close by.



From Zoutelande, you can easily explore the rest of Walcheren. Hop on a bike and follow the route along the dunes towards Domburg and Westkapelle, or head out into nature at De Manteling and Oranjezon. Fancy a day out in the city? Visit Middelburg for its historic town centre, shops and outdoor cafés, or stroll along the promenade in Vlissingen with views over the Westerschelde.



Other Things to Note:

For fresh seafood, drive to Yerseke: at De Oesterij you can taste oysters from the Oosterschelde and stroll past the historic oyster pits on the Havendijk.



Plan an afternoon in Middelburg. Visit the Zeeuws Museum in the Abdij, then climb the Lange Jan for the view; finish with coffee at De Drvkkery.



In the mood for wind and water? Cycle across the Oosterscheldekering and stop at Deltapark Neeltje Jans for the exhibition about the Deltawerken and the beach by the storm surge barrier.
