Your room is a serene retreat with a full private bathroom, air conditioning, and daily housekeeping, with access to a 15-meter pool steps from the sand, open-air common areas, and breakfast included. Ten minutes from Zicatela, next door to the Michelin-selected Casa Yuma.



The Space:

Your room has everything you need to sleep well and nothing you don't: comforable bed, a full private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV, Alexa speaker, and a safe. The rooms are quiet, well-ventilated, and kept clean daily by the housekeeping team.

The shared spaces are generous. A large open palapa serves as the main gathering area — bar, dining table for up to sixteen, lounge with an 85" TV, and two bathrooms, all facing the pool and the sea. The pool runs fifteen meters along the beachfront, with bench seating the full length and a palm-shaded splash zone. A pergola with deep sofas sits at the water's edge. A second palapa at the shore is available for yoga, massage, or morning exercise.

Breakfast is included and served daily. For lunch and dinner, Casa Yuma — the Michelin-selected boutique hotel next door — has a restaurant open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM serving Oaxacan coastal cuisine. The beach is steps from the property; beach mats are available. Depending on the season, surf lessons and tournaments take place just outside.



Guest Access:

You have private use of your room and full access to all common areas: pool, both palapas, the beach, and the kitchen facilities. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout at noon. The team receives guests in person on arrival. Before your stay, you'll complete a brief digital check-in to confirm your reservation and receive access details.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Juliana is on Playa Ventanilla, a quiet stretch of Oaxacan coastline next to Casa Yuma — one of Puerto Escondido's most recognized boutique hotels and a Michelin Guide selection. The beach is calm and open, with sea turtles nesting here seasonally. Punta Zicatela, with its consistent surf break and the highest concentration of restaurants and bars in the area, is ten minutes by car. The airport is about twenty minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is the most practical option for this part of the coast. Taxis and mototaxis are available locally. Zicatela and Puerto Escondido center are a short drive. The airport transfer is straightforward.



Other Things to Note:

Housekeeping is daily. No glass or food in the pool. The property runs on Starlink internet. Casa Juliana is a shared boutique property — out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask everyone to keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM.

For security purposes, all guests must complete a mandatory digital check-in prior to arrival. This includes submitting a valid ID, completing a registration form, and providing a credit/debit card for a security deposit. This secure process is required to validate your reservation and receive check-in instructions. Failure to complete it may result in denied access without refund.
