When you book Laurelian Lofts in full, the building is yours. All eight suites, the garden terrace, the common areas — exclusively for your group. It's a way of being together in Oaxaca without giving up the privacy that makes a trip feel easy. Everyone has their own space. Everyone ends up in the same place anyway.



The Space:

Eight self-contained suites, each with its own bathroom, kitchen, AC, WiFi, and smart TV. The design is consistent throughout — Oaxacan craft in the details, good natural light, a building that was made for staying, not just sleeping.

The shared garden terrace becomes, in practice, the center of the house. A place where the group naturally gathers — mornings, evenings, the in-between moments that tend to be the best ones.

Security is present around the clock. The building sits on a private lane, which means the space is calm and genuinely contained.



Guest Access:

Your group has full and exclusive access to all eight suites and every common area on the property for the duration of the stay. Check-in is self-guided and coordinated in advance so that arrivals — even staggered ones — go smoothly.

Parking may be available on the property; please confirm before booking.



The Neighborhood:

Reforma is residential and quiet — the kind of neighborhood where the city slows down. The historic center, the markets, and the best mezcal in Oaxaca are all within walking distance or a short ride. Coming back here after a day out feels like returning to something that belongs to you.



Getting Around:

The historic center is walkable. For day trips to the valleys, Monte Albán, or the coast, your host can help coordinate transport, shuttles, or car rentals for the group.



Other Things to Note:

The building is on a private lane and the neighbors are residential. We ask that the group be mindful of noise in the late evening — it's a small courtesy that keeps the atmosphere what it is. Parking availability should be confirmed prior to booking.



For security purposes, all guests are required to complete a digital check-in before arrival. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID, filling out a registration form, and providing a credit or debit card as a security deposit. This process is necessary to confirm your reservation and receive access instructions. Please note that incomplete check-ins may result in denied access without the right to a refund.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available throughout the stay — for logistics, recommendations, or anything that comes up. Groups tend to have moving parts; we're used to that.
