The Space:

Come together in the open living area for conversation, a favourite film or a little downtime between adventures. The kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, rice maker and refrigerator. Gather around the dining table to linger over meals and map out the next day’s adventures.



The private pool invites you to cool off beneath the lush greenery, with a poolside deck offering a spot to pause between swims. Spend more time outdoors across two shaded balconies, where comfortable seating invites coffee or drinks among the greenery. When it’s time to eat, the outdoor dining area and gas BBQ set the scene for an easy alfresco meal.



At day’s end, retreat to the primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a double, giving everyone their own place to recharge. Two bathrooms, including the ensuite, each offer a bathtub and shower, making group stays easy.



Split-system air conditioning in every bedroom ensure year-round comfort. A private washing machine and dryer make laundry easy throughout your stay. Free parking in the carport and driveway accommodates up to three vehicles.



Please note: Access to the home requires stairs, and additional internal stairs connect the different levels of the property.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire pool house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

This home is just a three-minute drive from Smithfield Shopping Centre, one of the main shopping hubs for the Northern Beaches, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Nearby, Cairns Cattana Wetlands and Smithfield Conservation Park offer walking trails, tropical wetlands and rainforest bushwalking, while Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett brings rainforest adventure activities and spectacular coastal views. The Australian Armour and Artillery Museum, a major military attraction, is also in Smithfield.



For beach time, Half Moon Bay Beach offers a quieter Northern Beaches escape, while Trinity Beach has restaurants, cafés and beachfront dining. Palm Cove Beach is one of the region’s major tourist destinations.



Smithfield is also a gateway to Kuranda and the Atherton Tablelands, with the Kuranda Scenic Railway and Skyrail close by, making it a convenient base for exploring the region.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are up to three parking spots available in the driveway and carport.



Airport: 16 minutes by car.
