Summary:

On the eighth floor of a 1968 building renovated by Serrano Monjaraz, this apartment looks straight into the treetops of Parque España. Curved glass opens the view to almost 180° over Condesa, and the terrace catches the afternoon light. Two bedrooms, an open kitchen and wood floors for four people who want to wake up with the park in front of them and walk downstairs for breakfast.



The Space:

The first thing anyone does when they walk in is go to the glass. The building was designed in 1967 by Serrano, Serrano y Nava and won the Glass and Aluminum Innovation Award the following year, and the renovation kept that idea alive: thermoformed glass bubbles that curve along the façade and give the interior a view of nearly 180° over the treetops of Parque España. From the eighth floor you can see the rooftops of Condesa, the jacarandas when they decide to bloom, and Chapultepec in the distance.



Inside, life happens around a wooden box that separates the service areas from the living ones. The floors are Austrian wood laid over acoustic insulation, the windows are double and hermetic, and the result is that you see the city without really hearing it. The lighting is LED and responds to voice. The kitchen opens onto the living room, with an electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need to set the table. There is a washing machine, heating, and climate control in both bedrooms.



The main bedroom has a king bed, its own screen and a safe; the second one has a full bed. The terrace is where the day ends: coffee early on, with the park waking up below, or a drink when the light drops and the windows across the street start to come on.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours, terrace included. The building has an elevator and a front desk; when you arrive, the guard will meet you and only needs to see your ID before letting you up. The lock is digital and we send you the code along with your arrival instructions, so you can come in at your own pace even if you land late.



The Neighborhood:

Cross the street and you are in Parque España, which at seven in the morning belongs to runners and dogs, and by late afternoon to families and improvised yoga classes. Condesa is a neighborhood for walking: Amsterdam in its slow circle, Michoacán with tables out on the sidewalk, Parque México ten minutes away, and Roma on the other side when you want a change of air. There are good bakeries two blocks down, cafés where nobody rushes you, and dinners that run long without anyone planning it. Chapultepec is just west, an easy stroll.



Getting Around:

Almost everything is walkable. For the rest, Uber works very well and the Chapultepec and Sevilla metro stations are close by. The building has no parking, so if you are driving it's worth looking into hourly parking nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Cleaning is not included during the stay; if you'd like an extra service, we're happy to arrange it. Trash goes down to the container in the basement. An iron is available on request from storage. The building was restored with a lot of care and we appreciate guests treating it the same way: any damage will be charged accordingly.



For security purposes, all guests must complete a mandatory digital check-in prior to arrival. This includes submitting a valid ID, completing a registration form, and providing a credit/debit card for a security deposit. This secure process is required to validate your reservation and receive check-in instructions. Failure to complete it may result in denied access without refund.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message throughout your stay for whatever you need, whether it's a recommendation, a question about the apartment or something that comes up at midnight. We answer quickly and without formalities. If you'd rather not be bothered, we'll leave you alone.
