The Space:

Your suite is fully self-contained — its own entrance, its own kitchen, its own rhythm. The design draws from Oaxacan craft without making a show of it: the woodwork, the textures, and the details were all made specifically for this building. Natural light carries through the day.

The kitchen is equipped. AC, fast WiFi, and a smart TV are there when you want them and easy to ignore when you don't.

Outside, there's a shared garden terrace — shaded, unhurried, good for a morning coffee or an evening mezcal. The building is looked after around the clock, which tends to feel like nothing until the moment it matters.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided and straightforward. Someone is always nearby if anything comes up, but the process is designed so you don't need them. The suite, the kitchen, the garden — all yours for the duration.

The Neighborhood:

Reforma is a residential neighborhood in the truest sense — tree-lined streets, corner stores, local coffee shops, and the kind of quiet that makes it easy to sleep well. The Llano park is about a fifteen-minute walk. The Zócalo, the markets, and the mezcalerías are close enough that you'll end up walking back more than once.

It's not the center, which is exactly the point.



Getting Around:

Most of what you'll want to see is walkable or a short taxi ride away. For day trips to the valleys, Monte Albán, or the coast, car rentals and shared shuttles are easy to arrange — your host can point you in the right direction.



Other Things to Note:

The building sits on a private lane, which keeps the atmosphere calm and the noise low. We ask guests to be mindful of that in the evenings. It's a small thing that makes a real difference. For security purposes, all guests are required to complete a digital check-in before arrival. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID, filling out a registration form, and providing a credit or debit card as a security deposit. This process is necessary to confirm your reservation and receive access instructions. Please note that incomplete check-ins may result in denied access without the right to a refund.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in takes care of itself, but we're easy to reach if something comes up — a restaurant recommendation, a logistics question, anything. We stay out of your way unless you need us.
