Welcome to The Back Nine by Curated FW! This beautifully updated second-level apartment offers a cozy and versatile setup for groups of up to five. Located on the back side of the building, Unit 200 is the upstairs unit on the right side of the four-unit building. Guests will need to walk up one full flight of stairs to access the apartment.

The main living area is bright and comfortable, with an open layout connecting the living room and fully equipped kitchen. Prepare meals on the quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, then unwind in the living room after a day of exploring the city.

The private bedroom features a comfortable King bed, blackout curtains, and a Roku TV. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a Queen-size pull-out sofa, while a rollaway Twin bed is also available, allowing the home to accommodate up to five guests.

The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays convenient.

Guests will also have access to fast WiFi and one dedicated off-street parking space behind the building. Additional street parking is available along 4th Street.

Location & Entry: This is Unit 200, the back-side upstairs unit on the right side of the four-unit building. To access the unit, simply enter through the wooden patio gate and the unit will be to your right. Please note that the apartment is on the second level and requires going up one full flight of stairs.
