**Additional Stay Information & Services**

A cleaning fee is required for all reservations. For extended stays, professional housekeeping is required to be scheduled on a bi-weekly basis throughout the duration of the stay to ensure the home is properly maintained.

A fully refundable security deposit is also required. Following checkout, the property will undergo a post-stay inspection, and the security deposit will be released accordingly provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, or other applicable charges.

Pets may be considered with prior approval. An additional pet fee will apply and may vary depending on the size, breed, and number of pets. Pet approval is ultimately at the owner's discretion. Assistance animals will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.

Pool and hot tub heating are available for an additional fee. If you would like either the pool or hot tub heated for your stay, please let us know in advance so arrangements can be made prior to your arrival.

We are also happy to accommodate additional requests whenever possible. Early check-in, late checkout, and extended stays may be purchased upon request and are subject to availability.

**Cleaning:** A cleaning fee is required for every stay. For extended stays, professional housekeeping is required every two weeks at an additional cost.

**Security Deposit:** A fully refundable security deposit may be required where permitted and will be released following the post-stay inspection, subject to any applicable deductions.

**Pets:** Pets require prior approval and an additional fee based on breed, size, and number of pets. The owner reserves the right to decline pets. Assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law and Airbnb policy.

**Pool & Hot Tub Heating:** Available for an additional fee. Please request heating prior to arrival.

**Quiet Hours:** 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Excessive noise, amplified music, or disruptive outdoor activity is prohibited.

**Maximum Occupancy:** The property's maximum guest capacity may not be exceeded. All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. No unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings.

**Smoking:** No smoking or vaping inside the home.

**Littering:** No littering anywhere on the property. All trash must be placed in designated receptacles.

**Property Damage:** Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, misuse of the pool/hot tub, or damage caused by guests, visitors, or approved pets.

**Rule Violations:** Smoking, littering, exceeding maximum occupancy, unauthorized parties/events, significant noise violations, property damage, or similar serious violations may result in charges starting at **$1,000 where permitted**, increasing as reasonably necessary based on the severity of the violation and documented cleaning, remediation, repair, replacement, security, or other related costs.

**Additional Services:** Early check-in, late checkout, extended stays, extra housekeeping, grocery stocking, private chef coordination, transportation, concierge services, and equipment/rental needs may be arranged for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability.
