Welcome to your cosy and stylish studio, a minimalist retreat filled with an abundance of natural light. Located on the second floor, this flat is designed to be both functional and comfortable, providing the perfect base to relax after a day of London exploring.
The main room features:
* A striking exposed brick wall
* A brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress and high-quality linens
* Blackout blinds to ensure a restful night's sleep
* A dining area with a round table for two, very useful also as a dedicated workspace
* A 30-inch Smart TV with Netflix access
* A wardrobe for your belongings
The well-equipped kitchenette allows for a home-like experience and includes:
* Nespresso coffee machine
* Microwave
* 2-burner induction hob
* Toaster and kettle
* Essentials like salt, pepper, coffee, and cookies
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per person for your convenience.

You will have private access to the entire studio apartment. Please note, the flat is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only as there is no lift in the building.
Other Things to Note:
**Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning) £55
** If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased
**Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)
**No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.
**No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)
**No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
**No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.
**Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.
**Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
**Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
**Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
**We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy, so our level of interaction is up to you. We are available via message for any questions or recommendations, but otherwise, we will leave you to enjoy your stay. Self check-in is available for your convenience.
