About this apartment rental
A 70 m2 apartment on Dimokratias street in Ierapetra, on the south coast of Crete, with something almost no rental on this coast has: a private gym, for your use alone.
THE GYM
For the exclusive use of guests: dumbbells, two exercise balls, mats, yoga blocks, massage rollers, resistance bands, foam rollers, an incline bench and an ab bench. It is upstairs, reached by the internal staircase from bedroom 1, so it is part of the apartment and not a building facility. Ceiling height there is 1.88 m.
THE SPACE
Two bedrooms and a living room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed 160x200, bedroom 2 has two single beds 90x200 that can be joined into one 180x200, and the living room has two sofa beds, 90x200 and 90x250, so six people fit. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room. Solar water heater with electric backup. Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and microwave. A washing machine. A furnished private patio for meals outdoors and for the evening. Free parking in the streets around the apartment.
THE BUILDING
Ground floor, entrance on the right, on the main street. Three families live in the building. The only shared area is the loading bay in front of the apartment.
WHERE YOU ARE
Ierapetra is the southernmost town in Europe and a working Cretan town rather than a resort: a real high street, a fishing harbour, tavernas that stay open through the winter, and the Libyan Sea. Boats to Chrissi island leave from the harbour in season.
PRACTICAL
Check-in from 16:00, self check-in with a secure key box. Minimum two nights. Smoking on the balcony only, never inside. Quiet hours are 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00. The electricity runs off a key-card holder by the door, so leave the card in while you are inside. There is no dishwasher. Please put toilet paper in the bin, not in the toilet.
