Welcome to your own private retreat in Rawai, Phuket—a stylish and comfortable 3-bedroom villa designed for relaxing days, refreshing swims, and quality time together.
The villa features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for families or groups of friends. At the heart of the home is a beautiful private swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable loungers, outdoor seating, and tropical greenery. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a morning swim, soak up the Phuket sunshine, or unwind with a drink in the evening.
Inside, the villa offers a bright and inviting living space with comfortable sofas, a TV, air conditioning, and large glass doors that connect the indoor areas with the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy relaxed meals at home, whether you're preparing breakfast before a day of exploring or having dinner together after a day at the beach.

RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning twice per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Fiber WiFi, cable TV, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
Crib and High Chair 2,000 baht per stay (by request)
Extra Bed 2500 baht per stay (by request)
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa (FINE: 20,000 BAHT)
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with an extra charge
