Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home! You can park in the private driveway of our home. You can easily park up to 2 cars during your stay!



On your check-in day, you will receive a key code for the front door for an easy breezy check in process!



Other Things to Note:

★ Our Policies:



✓ No Pets on Furniture — While we love pets, please keep them off the furniture to avoid stains, hair, and lingering odors. This helps maintain the quality of our furnishings for all guests.



✓ No Smoking Inside — Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.



✓ Neighborhood Respect — Sugar Mountain Cottage is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a 5 bedroom cabin just across the fence line. Please be mindful of our neighbors in regards to noise and treat the area with care.



✓ No Parties or Events — To preserve the home’s condition and ensure a positive experience for all, we ask guests to avoid hosting parties or large events.



✓ BBQ & Firepit Safety — If you use the BBQ or firepit, please make sure the fire is completely extinguished and covers are back on before heading inside. Always turn off the propane tanks after use. Safety is our top priority, and following these steps helps future guests enjoy the space just as much as you do.



✓ Quiet Hours — For the comfort of our neighbors, please respect quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM, both indoors and outdoors. This helps maintain a peaceful environment in our residential neighborhood so everyone can enjoy their stay.
