The Space:
Set across two thoughtfully designed levels, the home combines bright, open spaces with coastal touches that make the most of the fresh ocean breeze. Whether you're here for lazy beach days, exploring the Sunshine Coast or simply slowing down and enjoying the moment, Mudjimba Sands makes slipping into holiday mode feel completely natural.
Lower Level (Downstairs):
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flows effortlessly outdoors through large glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen features a generous island bench, electric cooktop, oven and Nespresso DeLonghi coffee machine, while the dining table seats six. The comfortable living area includes a sofa, two occasional chairs and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Also downstairs is a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, along with laundry facilities and a single-car garage. Throughout the home, louvres, fly screens and plenty of windows allow you to make the most of the coastal breeze while giving you the flexibility to close things up when you need to.
Upstairs
Main Bedroom: A spacious retreat with a king bed, air conditioning, occasional seating for two and a private ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom Two: Queen bed, ample wardrobe space and air conditioning.
Bedroom Three: Two king single beds, air conditioning, large wardrobe and a spacious balcony overlooking the nature reserve. Open the louvres and fly screens, let the ocean breeze drift through and settle in for an afternoon nap.
There is also an additional bathroom upstairs complete with a bathtub, shower and seperate toilet.
Outdoor Living
The outdoor area is made for slow mornings and easy entertaining, with alfresco seating, a shaded leafy space, BBQ and a large dining table seating up to 10 guests. And the best part? Mudjimba Beach is directly across the road. Cross the road, wander through the nature reserve and you'll be on the sand in around two minutes.
When it's time to fly home, Sunshine Coast Airport is just minutes away. At Mudjimba Sands, you get the best of both worlds, the feeling of a relaxed beach escape with the convenience of being close to the airport.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. Please note that the property has a shared driveway, as it is part of a townhouse complex.

With Mudjimba Beach directly across the road, there's no need to pack up the car for a day at the beach. A car is recommended for exploring the wider Sunshine Coast, with secure garage parking available.

*Residential area: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9:00pm.
*Schoolies: We do not accept Schoolies bookings.
