On the way toward the kitchen, a half bathroom sits just off the dining area for convenience. The kitchen itself is fully equipped for cooking as a group, with dark cabinetry and stone-look countertops that wrap around to a breakfast bar with counter seating for four — plenty of room for the full group of nine to eat together across the dining table and bar. Standard kitchen basics — oil, salt, pepper, and coffee beans — are stocked and ready to go.

Off the kitchen, a back patio backs onto a wooded, vacant lot next door — a shaded, private spot tucked among the trees. It's set up for group hangouts, with outdoor seating for everyone plus loungers for stretching out..

Upstairs, the three bedrooms and a full bathroom fill out the second floor. The primary bedroom is the standout: a king bed with a tall upholstered headboard, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and French doors opening onto a private balcony that faces north over the parking area, with mountain views in the distance. Its ensuite bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The second bedroom sleeps up to five, pairing a king bed with a twin-over-double bunk built into its own alcove — a solid setup for families or larger groups traveling together. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Both share the second full bathroom, which has a tub-shower combo and a stone-look vanity.

Central air conditioning keeps things comfortable through the summer, and in-suite laundry means you can pack lighter and stay longer.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
