No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Stairs
This is a 2-story home and requires stairs to enter. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor.

Cameras
The property has 3 exterior security cameras facing out: one on the electronic lock facing the entrance, one above the front door facing the front porch, and one above the back door facing the driveway/road. They do not look into interior spaces.

Pets
A large pet crate is provided on the covered deck under the stairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in the home.

Boxes
Cardboard boxes are not allowed inside the property.

Bears and Trash
Due to local bears, do not leave food or trash outside. Trash must be bagged for the bear-proof trash cans.

Guest Use
Boats and bikes are not available for guest use.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
