The apartment features a spacious living room, a dedicated dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms, one private en-suite bathroom, and a separate WC. The five bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 9 guests. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed. The third bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed.

For a comfortable stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, premium five-star bedding, bath and bed linen, and a washer-dryer. The kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooking plates, combined microwave oven, and a full selection of cookware and kitchen essentials.

Additional amenities include a hair dryer, toiletries, safe, and baby cot and high chair upon request.

The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. Please note that there are some stairs to reach the elevator. Keys are collected from a secure key box located inside the building. The access code will be provided to you before your arrival.

The apartment benefits from convenient access, with several paid parking options available nearby, including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. Taxi drop-off is available directly in front of the building, making arrival and departure convenient.

We kindly ask guests to treat the apartment with care and return it in the same condition in which it was found. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if the house rules are not respected.

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and no music is permitted during these hours.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere within the building.

Only registered guests who have provided the required identification may access the apartment. Events and professional photo or video shoots are not permitted, as the apartment is intended strictly for residential stays.

Identity documents for all adult guests are required prior to arrival.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival and after every departure.
