The Space:

The apartment is designed for practical, comfortable stays. It features a king-size bed, a kitchenette equipped with basic cookware, a coffee maker, and a private balcony perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. The sofa, closet, and well-laid-out bathroom ensure comfort throughout the stay. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are also included for extra convenience when visiting the sea. It's a single-level space, ideal for up to 4 guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment, including the private balcony, as well as the building's shared amenities: outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, and elevator. The property has a private entrance and covered parking within the building.



The Neighborhood:

Life Bucerías is located in Zona Dorada, one of the destination's most charming areas. Its cobblestone streets and bohemian vibe come together with art galleries, cafés, bars, and fresh seafood restaurants. The beach, just one block away, is perfect for walking, swimming, or enjoying Pacific sunsets.



Getting Around:

Zona Dorada is a very walkable area, with the beach just one block away and restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The property has covered parking within the building. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is approximately 30–40 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 14 kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately.

We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



HOUSE RULES:

All cancelations from VRBO are subject to a 5% fee due to transaction fees

Enter and leave the property at the times indicated for check-in and check-out.

Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incident on the property.

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.

After 10 p.m., loud music is not permitted, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

Eating in the pool area is not permitted.

Do not climb on the couches with shoes on. Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. From 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., there is a $500 charge.

We do not check in after 11 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.

No pets allowed

Please follow the pool & hot tub rules and regulations of the condominium.
