The apartment has a beautiful bright living space comprising a welcoming lounge-dining room with a sofa bed and flat-screen television. The dining area, equipped with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people, opens onto a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen. (fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).

Large bay windows extend the living space onto a pleasant terrace facing west. You can enjoy garden furniture there and have your meals outdoors.

The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms. The first is equipped with a large bed of 160 x 200 cm and a dressing room. The second has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm, perfect for children and adults alike.

The bathroom includes a shower, a vanity unit with mirror and a washing machine. The toilets are separate for added comfort.

- 800 m from the fishing port and embarkation point, departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.

- 350 m from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday morning.

- 700 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 600 m from Portez fine sand beach.
