Character Victorian terraced house with some modern touches, centrally located in the market town of Sleaford. Our 3 storey house is 10 minutes walk from Sleaford train station with connections to Lincoln, Grantham & Nottingham.
Recently refurbished with 2 double bedrooms, 1 with ensuite, large family bathroom, single bed in attic, open plan kitchen dining room, living room & off road parking. There is also an outside seating area with a lawned garden.
Please note the stairs are quite steep!
The house is on a row of terraces which is quiet and friendly opposite Tesco’s. 5 minutes walk into the town centre and 10 minutes walk to the train station.
