The space

This thoughtfully furnished, ocean-facing apartment combines
contemporary coastal style with the comforts of home, making it ideal
for families, couples, friends and business travellers. The apartment
can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable queen-size bed dressed
in crisp white cotton linen, with fresh towels provided for your stay.

The master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and direct access to
the balcony. Wake up to beautiful Indian Ocean views from the comfort
of your bed or step outside to enjoy the coastal surroundings.

The second bedroom is served by a separate bathroom with a spacious
shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, hand wash, body
wash and shampoo.

The open-plan living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen
featuring:

well suited to remote working and longer stays.

Two secure covered parking bays are allocated to the apartment. The
parking is conveniently situated on the same level as the apartment,
allowing for easy access without needing to use the lift between the
parking area and the apartment.

The building offers 24-hour security, CCTV surveillance and controlled
access. A backup generator supports the common areas and lifts during
power interruptions; however, it does not provide backup electricity
inside the apartment.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves and will receive
their own set of keys.

Access authorisation is required to enter Sanctuary Private Estate and
The York. Only registered guests included in the booking may access the
property and its shared facilities.

Other things to note

The York Body Corporate requires all guests to review and digitally
sign an acknowledgement of the building’s Conduct Rules before arrival.
This is handled electronically by Propr and should only take a few
minutes to complete. The acknowledgement must be completed before
check-in.

Guest and vehicle details must also be provided before arrival so that
estate access can be arranged.

Linen, bath towels, tea, coffee, sugar and shower amenities are
provided.

The communal amenities are shared with other residents and guests and
remain subject to the estate’s operating hours, Conduct Rules and
availability.

The apartment includes two allocated parking bays conveniently situated
on the same level as the apartment.
