Watcombe is one of our dog-friendly apartments, perfectly placed for enjoying coastal walks and exploring South Devon.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire Watcombe Apartment throughout their stay.

The apartment is self-contained and accessed through Fiveway Apartments, our character Victorian property opposite the Paignton seafront.

We offer simple self check-in using an exterior lockbox and private apartment keypad access, giving guests flexibility when arriving and throughout the stay.

Please note that there are steps up to the building entrance and due to the historic nature of the building, no lift is available. The Watcombe is a duplex layout with internal stairs.

Other things to note:

Fiveway Apartments is a renovated historic Victorian seaside property, so each apartment has its own individual character and layout.

This is a dog friendly apartment, which can be arranged at a small additional fee, but we kindly ask owners to keep pets off furniture and beds and not leave dogs unattended inside the apartment.

The Paignton Promenade improvement project is upgrading the seafront with improved public spaces, landscaping and facilities. Sea views can be partially obstructed at this time.

Lost keys incur a £50 replacement charge.
