Enjoy all the colorful sights and sounds of Cruz Bay, St. John, while being slightly removed from the action! Sea Pelican is a light, airy apartment, accessed by two short flights of stairs. Consisting of a bedroom with a king bed and air-conditioning unit, a bathroom and a well-sized sitting and dining room (with a full-side sleeper sofa) and a fully equipped kitchen, furnishings have a contemporary Caribbean style. There is a furnished terrace with a limited view of Mongoose Junction.

Our place is thoughtfully decorated and comes with an outdoor deck to enjoy your morning cup of Joe - there is a limited view from this unit.

The bedroom features a king size bed and in the living room, a full-size sleeper sofa. Should you choose, the bedroom is fully air-conditioned, although many people prefer the natural “air-conditioning” provided by the trade winds. The bedroom has a large closet and there is a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board available.

The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and a range of complimentary bath products – sorry no bathtubs.

There is a 52” television with Dish Cable service in the living room, and there is complimentary high-speed WI-FI available.

A full kitchen with all amenities to prepare your favorite meal should you choose to dine in and enjoy the sunset. The drip coffee maker comes with filters and complimentary ground coffee.

Beach gear is on-premises including chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.

Access to in-house laundromat facility within the building offers complimentary washers, dryers and laundry detergent.

The unit and outdoor balcony are exclusive to the guest and there is a complimentary parking space allocated to the unit.

Close by Mongoose Junction (5-minutes` walk) which offers some local eateries, a coffee-shop, boutiques, bars and an art gallery. Also, the Virgin Islands National Park Visitors Center is directly in-front of the building.

12-minutes` walk from the public ferry docks.

Parking is available directly adjoining the building - otherwise safari-cabs are plentiful for discovering the island.

Our location on the edge of the main downtown area of Cruz Bay allows guests to walk to our place from the main public ferry docks. You will find us directly behind the National Park Visitors` Center which is where you can book excursions and get some handy information about our beautiful island. We are also close by the many restaurants, bars and boutiques of Mongoose Junction and Wharfside Village.

Best of all we are at the head of the Lind Point Trail which offers a gentle hike down to Salomon and Honeymoon Beaches.

Please note there are stairs to the apartment and no elevator.
