The Neighborhood:

In the summer, Mountain Village transforms into an outdoor haven filled with wildflower hikes, mountain biking, championship golf, and iconic music festivals. Access scenic trails directly from our private gate or take the gondola into town for world-famous events like the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Telluride Film Festival, and local farmers markets.



Getting Around:

Getting around in the summer is simple and picturesque. The free Gondola offers 360-degree views of the San Juan Mountains while transporting you between Mountain Village and downtown Telluride. Hiking and biking trails begin right at your doorstep, and the property provides on-site parking for 3 vehicles (1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Please note the gondola and chondola are closed seasonally and for maintenance that is outside of our control.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.
