Far from the chaos, "Sa Pedra" is a nice apartment with all comforts: air conditioning with heat pump, 32 "LED TV with free satellite channels and satellite TV, free Wi-Fi throughout the house (12 GB per week) , lounge with double bed, well-equipped kitchenette with microwave and small appliances. Bathroom with windows and mosquito nets, shower tray 90 X 70 cm with crystal box. Boiler and washing machine of the latest generation. A characteristic mezzanine with a 1 1/2 bed (French) and a habitable and furnished terrace where you can eat surrounded by nature in an oasis of tranquility. The furniture of the house, completely renovated, is in a shabby chic style. The typically Sardinian context frames a bright and welcoming environment. Located inside a lovely residence, where there is a thriving garden with typical Mediterranean plants and a small pond with red peaches and water lilies. The many common areas allow easy friendships with the right amount of privacy. The perfect combination of perfumes and colors make Sa Pedra unique in its kind. It has a free covered private parking for cars / motorbikes.
