The Living Area
The living room has a large sofa and loveseat, two end tables w/ touch lamps that features dual USB port and AC outlet, a coffee table, a 70'' Smart TV, DVD player, WI-FI, Book Shelf, family friendly DVDs, a 52" Ceiling Fan, and a corner wood burning fire place that comes with wood!

The Master Suite
The master bedroom has 2 nightstands with plugins for your electronics. A lamp on each nightstand for those late-night readers, a 52” ceiling fan, 60” Smart TV. Dresser, walk-in closet and an ensuite bath complete with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The Blue Bedroom
Has a queen size bed, a double bed both w/bedding, a dresser, an alarm clock, a small walk-in closet and a 52” ceiling fan.

The Middle bedroom
The middle bedroom features a trundle bed (two twin beds), a dresser, a nightstand with built-in AC outlet and USB port, with a 44” ceiling Fan.

The Gray Bedroom
The Gray bedroom has two double beds with bedding, 52” ceiling fan, two night stands, a full walk-in closet with shelves that has extra toiletries, an iron and Ironing Board.

The Family Bathroom
This full bathroom has a bathtub with shower, face basin with towels under the cabinet and also features toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is all electric and it features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, air fryer, Coffee Bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, complementary assorted teas and coffee. Cutlery, dinnerware, pots and pans are also available to make your cooking and dining experience easier. Small Dinette table with two chairs, over the sink bar top that looks into the living room with bar stools that serve as additional seating and eating area.

Upstairs Family Room
Travel upstairs to the den area that features a 60” smart TV, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a card table and an assortment of games. There is also a half bathroom for your convenience.

The Laundry Area
There is a washer and dryer located in the garage for your convenience.

Parking
Parking space can accommodate 3-4 mid-size vehicles or 2 large vehicles.

Parties & Events
- No parties or gathering events are allowed. (Please be respectful of the neighbors)


Smoking
- No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the house, garage, or driveway, or near windows.
- Smoke detectors are installed


Noise
- Low Noise Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No street nuisance: Please be mindful of neighbors
- Repeated violations and disturbances after notification may result in reservation cancellation and removal

GUEST ACCESS
- Guests will have full access to the entire house for themselves and will not have to share any part of the home.

Except for the attic and locked doors, which are reserved for storage. For any questions about access or amenity availability, please feel free to ask.

- No pets at any time: Violations may incur a $500+ fine and/or immediate reservation cancellation


AGE REQUIREMENT
- Primary guest must be 26+


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
- Check-In Time is after 4PM
- Check-Out Time is Before 11AM
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability): Unapproved late departures will incur fees.


IMPORTANT NOTES
- No mail or packages may be delivered to the property
- No luggage storage before check-in or after check-out
- Starter supplies only; replenishments are not provided unless scheduled


APPLIANCE, AMENITIES & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

All appliances and amenities are maintained in good working order. If something isn’t functioning properly, please notify us so we can address it promptly. Refunds are not offered for appliance malfunctions, power outages, water shortages, flooding, severe weather, construction or highway, or mandatory evacuations.


SELF CHECK-IN

- SELF CHECK-IN: Guests will check in independently using a lockbox. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via email or message before arrival.
