- Noise: This is a residential building, and we have a great relationship with our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music and disturbances are not permitted.

- No Parties or Events: To ensure the comfort of all residents, parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

- Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment, including on balconies or near open windows.

- Pets: We love animals, but for the comfort of all guests, including those with allergies, pets are not permitted.

- Guests: Only registered guests whose names are on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €200 is required before check-in to cover any potential damages. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released after a satisfactory inspection following your departure.

- Check-out Procedure (by 11:00 AM):
- Please dispose of all your trash in the designated containers outside the building.
- Kindly wash any used dishes or load and start the dishwasher.
- Please turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and appliances.
- Ensure all windows are closed and the main door is securely locked when you leave.

**Standard Check-in Time:** You can access the apartment from 15:00 (3:00 PM) onwards.

**Easy Self Check-in Process:**

1. **Online Pre-Check-in & Security Deposit:** A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to complete our secure online check-in form. This is where you will provide your details and process the mandatory refundable security deposit of €200. Please complete this step in advance to receive your access instructions.

2. **Access Codes:** On the morning of your arrival, once the pre-check-in is complete, we will send you detailed instructions, including the building's entrance code and the location and code for the smart lockbox containing your keys. This allows you the flexibility to arrive at your convenience after 3:00 PM without needing to coordinate a specific meeting time.

**Getting to the Apartment:**
Our address is 8, Calle Circo, 29013, Málaga. The building is centrally located, just a short walk from the historic Plaza de la Merced. For your convenience, the building is equipped with an elevator, making it easy to bring your luggage up to the apartment.

**Early Arrival & Late Check-in:**
While we cannot guarantee early check-in as we need time to prepare the apartment to the highest standards, please let us know your travel plans, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Late check-ins after the standard time are no problem thanks to our self-check-in system.
