- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests are required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival 24 hours beforehand. Note that there is a €20 fee for check-ins after 8 pm. Also, for guests checking in at different times, there’s an additional cost of €10 per trip, as we need to collect guest check-in information in person each time as required by the National Police.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $66 OR €60 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect the neighborhood’s siesta hours from 2 pm to 5 pm and quiet hours again from 9 pm to 9 am.
- Pets are allowed at the property with prior approval.
- There is private paid parking with a nightly rate of €15.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Below you will find the rules of conduct for the accommodation and the community:

- Activities that generate excessive noise are prohibited, especially during nighttime hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM and during siesta time from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

- Parties are not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- The elevators have priority use for people with reduced mobility.

- Smoking is prohibited in the common areas and in the apartment.

Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions requiring the presence or intervention of staff outside of these hours may incur an additional charge.

Check-in

If you arrive during office hours (Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM), we will meet you at our office on Avenida Doctor Fleming, where we will also provide tourist information. We will then proceed to check you in at the accommodation. Alternatively, check-in can be completed at 8:00 PM. We can leave the keys at our premises (check-in will be in person the following day at the agreed time), or if we come to the accommodation in the evening, a €20 surcharge will apply due to the extra hours. Check-in in multiple stages will incur an additional €10 fee per stage. Late check-in will incur a €15 fee. These are information and data collection procedures required by the National Police. Therefore, we recommend that you check in all your companions before 8:00 PM and together whenever possible.

If you arrive after 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), we will provide you with the contact details of a colleague (Jorge) who will be waiting for you at the entrance of the accommodation. You must notify us 30 minutes before your arrival.
