IMPORTANT: Parking is not allowed at the accommodation, under penalty of a fine. You can find parking outside in the surrounding areas.

NORMAS DE CONDUCTA

A continuación encontrará las normas de conducta del alojamiento y la comunidad:

- Los huéspedes deben ser mayores de 18 años para reservar.

- Los huéspedes deben presentar un documento de identidad oficial con foto válido al realizar el registro de entrada o durante su estancia.

- Por favor, infórmenos de su hora aproximada de llegada con 24 horas de antelación. Tenga en cuenta que se aplica un suplemento de 20 € a las llegadas después de las 20:00. Además, para los huéspedes que se registren en horarios diferentes, se aplicará un suplemento de 10 € por viaje, ya que debemos recoger la información de registro de los huéspedes en persona cada vez, según lo exige la Policía Nacional.

- Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier daño o coste adicional de limpieza que se produzca como resultado de su estancia.

- El número de huéspedes no puede superar el indicado en la reserva.

- ¡No se permite fumar en el interior de la propiedad! El consumo de drogas y cualquier actividad ilegal en las instalaciones está estrictamente prohibido. El incumplimiento de esta norma conllevará una multa de 66 $ o 60 €.

- No se permiten fiestas, eventos ni ruido excesivo. Respete el horario de siesta de la comunidad, de 14:00 a 17:00, y el horario de silencio, de 21:00 a 09:00.

Tenga en cuenta que después de las 20:00, solo se atenderán incidentes urgentes. Las intervenciones no urgentes que requieran la presencia de personal o intervenciones fuera de este horario pueden tener un coste adicional.

Tenga en cuenta que, según la información del alojamiento, tenemos hasta las 20:00 para el check-in. Es posible realizar el check-in fuera de horario, pero debido a las horas extras, se aplicará un suplemento de 20 €. El check-in en varias etapas tendrá un coste adicional de 10 € por etapa.
