It is located near the airport, right in front of the Mercadona supermarket, with a metro station just steps away, and a short walk from the sea. The rooftop has a lounge area and a sports area for relaxing or staying active during your stay.

The pool and the lounge/sports area are open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and the pool is open from April to October. Ideal for those looking for comfort, a convenient location, and all amenities within easy reach.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Check-in is available any time from 3:00 PM onwards. Should you require an earlier arrival, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though this cannot be guaranteed.

GETTING HERE:
Our prime location at Calle Menorca, 1, makes arrival easy, whether you're coming from the airport or another part of the city. A metro station is just steps from the building, offering a direct link to the city's main transport hubs.

ACCESSING THE PROPERTY:
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a detailed message containing all the necessary access codes and step-by-step instructions for entering the building and the apartment. We use a secure system for your peace of mind.

KEY COLLECTION:
There is no need to pick up keys! The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to enter using a unique code provided to you before your stay. This means you can arrive at your leisure after 3:00 PM without needing to coordinate a meeting time.

UPON ENTRY:
Once inside, you'll find a welcome guide with helpful information about the apartment's features, local recommendations, and contact details for our team should you need anything during your stay. Please take a moment to connect to the Wi-Fi—the network and password details are in the guide.

PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS:
Please remember that as per our booking policy, you will be required to sign a digital rental agreement and may be asked to provide identification prior to receiving your access codes. This is a standard procedure to ensure a secure and pleasant experience for all our guests.
